Situated at water’s edge on the fantastic Beacon Quay development at Torquay Harbour, Below Decks enjoys stunning views of Torbay combined with the comings and goings of the Marina and Town Dock Pontoons. We are bathed in sunlight for most of the day and the evening until sunset. Inside we have designed a relaxed and informal atmosphere, with a mix of dining tables, comfortable sofas and armchairs. Our concertina doors open the width of the café creating a lovely open aspect onto Beacon Quay.
Outside there is a range of comfortable chairs and coffee tables provide a great meeting place for coffee or drinks with friends.
Just yards from the café entrance is our magnificent quayside patio. With dining tables for 60 and more comfortable seating water’s edge, you can lose yourself in harbour life. We have three 9m2 parasols with lighting and heat for the evenings.
